Wait…what? A blog?
Those closest to me know the notion of Frank hosting a blog is let’s just say…decidedly off brand. The extent of my social media presence has been limited to a compulsory LinkedIn account and the occasional creep on my wife’s Facebook:) No Insta, no Tik-Tok, X, or What’s-App. I’ve always been a deeply private person, yes…willing to share but almost always in person and even then only with a select few. The thought of broadcasting life stories and dispensing advice to anyone with an interest and an internet connection…it’s really a super big stretch.
So why the change? It stems from a set of deals I made with God, The Universe, and Relatives who were long gone…basically anything or anyone I could think of who might take an interest and be in a position to help. My plea was simple but bold…if only I could somehow manage to live an active life – to be there for my family – to support my loved ones emotionally, spiritually, and financially. I would do my part to help others in similar situations. It wasn’t just about surviving MS, it was about using that experience to make a positive impact in the world. This blog is one of the ways I’m honoring that promise.
